Commercial Silver Protection Plan $149.00

This plan is designed to be affordable and convenient for small businesses. It covers all hardware failures or defects in the tower, any Operating System failures and guarantees 3 day turn-around on repairs. You pay for replacement parts. Equipment must be delivered to our repair center.

This covers PC‘s with a value of up to $1000. For computers valued higher, choose one of our add on upgrades. Call for a FREE on-site assessment for more than one pc.

Commercial Gold Protection Plan $199.00

Includes all of the above Commercial - Silver Plan , PLUS adds our Data Guard service and covers any losses due to viruses or negligent use. We pay for replacement parts! Guaranteed 3 day turn-around on repairs. Equipment must be delivered to our repair center.

This covers PC‘s with a value of up to $1000. For computers valued higher, choose one of our add on upgrades. Call for a FREE on-site assessment for more than one pc.

Server Silver Protection Plan $74.95 per month

Protect your mission critical computer with this plan and receive three day replacement of your server‘s faulty parts.

Data restoration is an extra charge and is not included in this plan.

Server Gold Protection Plan $139.95 per month

Protect your mission critical computer with this plan and receive next day replacement of your server‘s faulty parts.

Data Guard

Gain peace of mind with Data Guard! We will back your data up if your computer needs to be wiped clean (formatted). Please note that this plan does not replace a good backup strategy and will not be done on-site.

Data Guard comes standard with our Gold Protection Plans!

Terms and Exceptions

Terms:

• All prices are for 1 year and must be paid up front.
• Equipment must prove to be in working order.

Hardware:

• The plans cover new or used hardware.
• All hardware must be pre-aproved and inventoried.
• Desktop systems only. Notebooks, laptops and tablet PCs are not covered.

Software:

• Data can only be guaranteed if the hard drive is functioning.
• We do not cover reinstallation of any software applications other than virus protection and anti-spyware.
• You must have a valid license for your operating system. One will not be provided for you.

Exceptions:

• Any act attempting to defraud ComputerSmarts in any way, will result in the forfeiture of your plan with no refund.
• Plans are non-transferable.
• Fire, flood, storm and theft are not covered.
• End of life products that expire mid-plan are eligeble for a prorated refund.
